Conversion of an old pseudonym
Active pseudonyms from our old process (without pick-up stations) must be converted by you
In order to be able to use our new system and the large number of pick-up stations offered to you, we ask you to convert your pseudonym
You can switch to our new process in three simple steps:
1) Send us your old pickup code and the corresponding pseudonym via a communication channel of your choice:

2.) We will answer you with a free token where your pseudonym has already been stored
3.) You can use the token to select a pick-up station and receive a new pick-up code
Your pseudonym has now been changed to the new process and you will receive your shipment at the pick-up station of your choice.
